“Rachel saved my skin - twice! I first started coming to the spa in the spring of 2022 with completely stripped and irritated skin. I was using harsh products to try and fix the acne and irritation that was caused by 2 years of constant mask wearing (I am a nurse). Rachel knew exactly what products to use to help soothe my skin. She was conscious to not overwhelm me from a product and financial perspective and what she recommended worked so well! She even recommended a naturopath, Dr. Pinter, who I love and has helped me so so much over the last year with thyroid disease.

Fast forward 6 months and I started having severe acne breakouts on my face and chest and I had no idea why, this lasted for months. I saw a dermatologist during this time and I reacted to the products they recommended and made the acne worse. Rachel recognized that the acne was probably coming from something I was reacting to (she has a gift in recognizing root causes) and encouraged me to get food sensitivity testing done with my naturopath. Sure enough, I was reacting to something I was eating daily! After cutting it out my skin cleared up within weeks. I give Rachel all the credit for her excellent assessment and recognition of my skin concerns, encouraging me to seek root cause answers and supporting me with amazing natural, products and facials!”

“I've been going here for about a year and I can't speak highly enough of my entire experience.

I have gone to many spas and tried nearly everything under the sun to treat my acne and it's only since I started seeing Rachel that my acne truly cleared. Her acne facials are incredibly thorough and she truly encourages a holistic approach to skincare. After getting to know my skin, she encouraged me to get a food allergy test and it was one of the best decision I made. I'm so happy with how my skin looks and feeling relief that I no longer have to accept breaking out as the norm for the skin (even during that time of the month!). Her product recommendations suit my skin so well and I'm feeling more confident in my natural skin.

I recently started getting massages from Lyddia and she's truly amazing. I haven't had an RMT that gets as deep into the muscles like she does - she has set a new standard for me.

The team is wonderful and I highly recommend them to others. I even have my boyfriend coming here too for facials and massages and he's enjoying his results!”

"Majorly helped me understand skincare in a whole new light. I was using random products from Shoppers and what not, "quality" makeup and my skin was crying. I went to Rachel because I was at a loss.
