Free Parking:

We have shared parking located on either side of our building ➡️ The Van Son Vietnamese restaurant (anywhere), Silver Fox (“Office/Client Parking” spaces only).

Our 48-hour cancellation & no-show policy; 

We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any spa appointments - Late Cancellation/No-Show fee is 50% of your Service(s), and $25 for Complimentary consultations.  We understand that emergencies happen, we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, or if you are sick, or experiencing COVID-like symptoms.

We require a credit card on file to secure future appointments.

We require a credit card on file to protect our business from late cancellations and no-shows. You will be asked for this information when you first book an appointment.

Direct Billing for Massage Therapy and Acupuncture is available.

We direct bill for most insurance companies, dependant upon your insurance coverage. Please complete a DIRECT BILLING AUTHORIZATION FORM prior to your appointment and let us know.


FAQ:

How long before my appointment should I arrive?

If your online intake form is completed prior to your appointment, then you may arrive 5 minutes before to fully enjoy your spa experience. If you haven’t yet completed an intake form online, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to do so.

Are there physical contraindications that may prevent me from enjoying my spa treatment?

Please alert your esthetician or therapist if you have any contradictions or conditions before your treatment begins, ie. pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical ailments, and we’ll do our best to ensure you are comfortable.

How should I prepare for my visit to the spa?

  • Help yourself to our purified water or tea before your appointment.

  • Feel free to come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing.

  • For Nail Services - Please bring flip-flops, (No birkenstocks or sandals that cover toes). We have disposable flip-flops, but they’re not the safest for driving or outdoor use.

  • Feel free to bring your own cosmetics and toiletries to freshen up after your treatment.

Will I have to undress completely for my treatment?

  • For facials, we include the neck and decollete, so your esthetician will ask you to remove everything from the top, up, including jewelry, before getting under the sheets, face up. If these cannot be removed, no worries, your provider will work around them.

  • For body treatments, you will need to remove all clothing, we offer disposable underwear, but you can also bring a clean pair for afterwards.

  • All of our staff are professional, and trained for proper draping to accommodate your privacy in all treatments.

Should I turn off my cell phone off?

The spa is a place of relaxation and peace, we ask that you please turn your devices to vibrate/silent while in the spa.

Are gratuities included in the cost?

No, we do not include Gratuity in our pricing, this is left completely to your discretion at checkout. Tips are welcome in recognition of a great service provided.

Are there any age restrictions?

The spa welcomes persons of all ages, however, any guests under the age of 16 will require adult consent and supervision for treatments.

Refunds:

We do not offer any refunds on services that have been completed. For products, we will exchange them if you experience an adverse reaction. Photograph evidence will be requested for the return.
